  • Are you open on Saturdays?

We are open by appointment only.

  • Do I need to make an appointment for an estimate?

Nope. We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm for your convenience.

  • Do I have to get multiple estimates for my insurance company?

No. Nevada state law states that you are only required to obtain one estimate. We will negotiate on your behalf with your insurance company to ensure a fair and proper repair to your vehicle.

  • Will you have the parts before I drop off my vehicle for repairs?

In most cases, we will. Depending on the damage to your vehicle, we strive to make the repair process as quick as possible by ordering parts well in advance. If we deem your vehicle unsafe to drive we will also gladly call you a rental car.

  • How can I get a rental car?

We can help make the necessary arrangements for you. You may or may not have rental car coverage depending on your insurance policy.

If you are a claimant, the insurance company should provide you with a rental car free of cost. If you do not have rental car coverage, we will work with the local rental car companies to get you the most affordable rates possible.

  • If the frame of my vehicle is damaged, is it a total loss?

No. According to the Nevada Revises Statutes, a total loss is any vehicle which has been wrecked to such an extent that the cost of repair, not including any cost associated with painting any portion of the vehicle, is 65% or more of the fair market value of the vehicle immediately before it was wrecked, destroyed or otherwise damaged.

We have cutting-edge computer measuring and can return your vehicle to its original factory specifications.

  • How long does glass replacement take?

We offer convenient same-day glass replacement.

  • Can you match a specific paint color?

Yes! We use top quality paint products to mix our own paint ensuring a proper color match on your vehicle.

  • How long will it take to repair my vehicle?

We can provide you with that information at the time of the estimate. It depends on the extent and nature of the damage to your vehicle.

  • Can I get a ride after dropping off my vehicle?

Absolutely! If you need a ride, we will more than gladly be of service.

  • How will I know when the repairs are completed to my vehicle?

You will be notified when your vehicle is ready to be picked up. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to call (775) 883-1777 during the repair process.

  • Is there a warranty on the repairs?

Yes. We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all repairs.

  • Do I have to pay a deductible?

Deductibles, when applicable, can be paid at the time of pickup. Depending on whether you are the policyholder or claimant, it determines whether a deductible will be due upon completion. Deductibles are paid to All American Auto Body.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as cash and checks.

  • What is "betterment?"

Parts that wear out and need replacement with time. (i.e. suspension, tires, batteries, brakes, etc.) These betterment charges are determined by the insurance company.

  • What are OEM parts?

OEM parts are Original Equipment Manufactured parts. An automobile part may carry the designation OEM if it is made by the same manufacturer and is the original part used when building and selling the vehicle.

  • What is aftermarket?

Aftermarket parts are not made by the vehicle manufacturer. Usually, these parts are less expensive and some insurance policies authorize the use of these parts. If you do not want aftermarket parts, be sure your policy states so.
