have the right to choose any repair shop. Your insurance company cannot
require you to go to a particular shop.
Some
insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims center before
having your vehicle repaired. You can do this or request that the insurance
company inspect your vehicle at our location.
We
will help you negotiate your claim with the insurance company.
Differences
in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all the
necessary work.
